摘要
采用火焰原子吸收分光光度计测定了纯化水中硒的含量。实验优化了仪器测量参数,分别考察燃烧器温度、燃烧器的高度、元素灵敏线、灯电流、火焰及狭缝宽度等对测定的影响。结果:仪器检出限为0.0045μg/L,样品的吸光度为0.169,水样中硒平均含量为6.68μg/L,标准偏差为0.015 3。样品的测得结果(6.68±0.015 3)μg/L,样品曲线回归线y=0.0256x+0.171,r=0.998。结论:火焰原子法操作简便、灵敏度高,适合快速测定水中的微量硒。
The flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used to determine the total selenium content in water. The instrument survey parameters in the experiment were optimized, effect of burner temperature, burner height, element line sensitivity, lamp current, flamboyance and slit width on the determination was investigated. The results show that the detection limit is 0.004 5 μg/L, sample absorbance is 0.169, the average content of Se is 6.68 μg/L, sample standard deviation is 0.0153, the measurement results are 6.68±0.015 3 μg/L, the sample regression line y=0.0256x+0.171, r=0.998. So the experimental technique operation is simple, the sensitivity is high, the result is satisfying.
