摘要
介绍了一种采用 X 射线荧光光谱法分析聚丙烯产品 L5E89中灰分含量的方法。实验结果表明,X射线荧光光谱法测定灰分中相关的金属氧化物的精密度在0.03%~1.76%之间,与质量法比较,相对误差在-3.87%~2.80%之间。该法分析速度快,操作简便,精密度和准确度能够满足生产需要。
Ash content in PP product(Type:L5E89)was analyzed with X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF). The experimental results show that the test precision of interrelated metal oxide in ash is between 0.03%~1.76%. Compared with weighting method,the relative error is between -3.87%~2.80%. The method is fast and simple. Its precision and accuracy can meet the production need.
