摘要
[目的]研制出3%苯醚甲环唑保水缓释种子处理剂。[方法]利用常规方法筛选助剂,通过微区试验测定处理剂对小麦生长安全性及纹枯病的防效。[结果]3%苯醚甲环唑保水缓释种子处理剂配方为3%苯醚甲环唑,10%保水剂,12%NNO,4%PVA-1788,3%白土,1%黄原酸胶,2%碱性玫瑰精,65%白炭黑。微区试验表明200 g处理剂/100kg种子拌种对小麦生长安全;在拔节期和抽穗期,防效分别为65.5%和41.1%,均显著高于3%苯醚甲环唑悬浮种衣剂;增产率高达26.5%。[结论]3%苯醚甲环唑保水缓释种子处理剂拌种对小麦生长安全、防治纹枯病效果较好。
[Aims] The aims were to prepare difenoconazole 3% water-retention slow release seed treatment agent. [Methods] The adjuvant was screened by the common methods. Field micro-plot experiment was conducted to determine the safety of the seed treatment agent on the wheat growth and the control effect on wheat sharp eyespot. [Results] The formula of difenoconazole 3% water-retention slow release seed treatment agent was difenoconazole 3%, super absorbent polymer 10%, NNO 12%, PVA-1788 4%, carclazyte 3%, xanthan gum 1%, rhodarnine bextra 2% and white carbon black 65%. It was safe to wheat growth that 100 kg of wheat seed was dressed with 200 g of the seed treatment agent. At jointing stage and panicle stage, the control effects were 65.5 and 41.1%, respectively, which were both significantly higher than that of difenoconazole 3% FSC. The yield increasing rate was 26.5%. [Conclusions] Dressing with difenoconazole 3% water-retention slow release seed treatment agent was safe to wheat growth and the control effect on wheat sharp eyespot was high.
