环境友好型高效氯氰菊酯微乳剂的相行为和性能 被引量:3

Properties and Phase Behavior of Environmentally Friendly Beta-Cypermethrin Microemulsions

摘要 [目的]采用无毒、可再生的月桂酸甲酯为溶剂和环境相容性好的表面活性剂制备水基型高效氯氰菊酯微乳剂。[方法]通过拟三元相图法、动态表面张力、动态光散射、动态接触角等手段对制备的载药微乳剂的结构和性质进行了测试。[结果]4.5%高效氯氰菊酯的加入对微乳液的相图影响较小,微乳剂稀释过程保持澄清透明,体系内的液滴粒径小于200 nm,其中的原药在贮存40 d后保持良好的化学稳定性,其5 g/L的溶液在石蜡表面的接触角在30 s内可以降低到30毅。[结论]制备得到了性能表现良好的环境友好型高效氯氰菊酯微乳剂。 [Aims] Beta-cypermethrin microemulsions based on environmentally friendly compositions was investigated. The compositions included water, renewable and nontoxic methyl laurate as solvent, the mixture of C_12-14 APG and AEC as surfactant, n-propanol and n-butanol as cosurfactants. [Methods] The structure and properties of the microemulsions were investigated by the pseudotemary phase diagrams, conductivity, dynamic light scattering, dynamic surface tension, UV-spectrometer and dynamic contact angle measurements. [Results] The results showed that the introducing of beta-cypermethrin has little influence on the phase behavior of microemulsion. The microemulsion was transparent during the dilution process, and the partical size of droplets was less than 200 nm. The active ingredients in microemulsion maintained good chemical stability within 40 d, and the contact angle of the solution (5 g/L) on the surface of paraffin could reduced to 30° within 30 s. [Conclusions] The environmentally friendly beta-cypermethrin microemulsion formulation with methyl laurate as solvent has an acceptable transparent appearance, wetting and spreading properties.
