摘要
采用合金芯线技术冶炼硼钢,金属硼缓释加入钢中形成有效金属硼化物。硼合金回收率由传统方法的30%-40%,提高到目前的87.5%,微硼合金钢的淬透性合格率由原来的65%~70%提高到98.5%,提高了微硼钢的冶炼技术水平。
Using alloy cored wire technology to smelt boron steel, metal boron is released slowly to smelt into the steel liquid. Effective metal boride is formed in steel, and the recovery rate of boron al- loy is increased from 30% -40% by the traditional method to the current 87.5%, and the qualifica- tion rate of hardenability increased from 65% ~ 70% to 98.5%, so lower boron steel smelting tech- nology is improved.
