摘要
为了探索金属刀具腐蚀特征与时间的关系,本研究选取了常用且不同类型的厨房金属刀具置于上海淡水中进行腐蚀试验和腐蚀表征。通过数码相机和显微镜来观察其腐蚀的表面形貌特征与腐蚀区域的深度。结果表明:在水环境中,金属表面的腐蚀形貌和腐蚀区域的深度随时间发生了变化,且此变化随金属类型的不同而不同。这一结果显示在时间未知的条件下,推测相似水环境中同种金属刀具腐蚀的时间范围是科学可行的。
In order to explore the relations between corrosion characteristics of metal cutting tool and time, this study selected the common and different types of metal cutting tools to immerse in fresh wa- ter of Shanghai for the corrosion test and corrosion characterization. The corrosion surface morphology and the corrosion depth of cross section of the metal were observed by the digital camera and a micro- scope. The results show that corrosion of metal surface morphology and the depth of the corrosion area has changed over time in the water environment, and the change varies with the type of metal. The re- sults show that under the condition of unknown time, speculating the corrosion time range of the same metal cutting tool in similar water environment is scientific and feasible.
