可见光响应的二氧化钛复合材料抗菌活性及机理研究

摘要 研究不同纳米二氧化钛复合材料抗菌活性和抑菌率,选择更为有效的纳米二氧化钛复合抗菌材料。通过牛津杯法确定材料的抗菌活性,振荡摇瓶法测定抑菌率,通过扫描电镜探索抗菌机理。复合材料(纳米Ti O2、氧化石墨烯、硫化镉三种材料复合而成)对大肠杆菌抑菌率可达80.5%,对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率可达87.5%;氧化石墨烯能够提高二氧化钛可见光的抗菌活性和抑菌率;抗菌材料作用后的细菌表面凹凸不平,胞容物流出,菌体萎缩死亡。 The antibacterial activity and inhibition rate of different nano- titania composite were investigated,and more effective antibacterial nano- titania composite materials were obtained. The zone of inhibition was observed via Oxford Cup to evaluate the antimicrobial activity,and the inhibition rate was measured by the shake flask experiments.The antibacterial mechanism was proposed with the help of electron microscopy. For the composite material which were composed of nano Ti O2,graphene oxide and Cd S,the inhibition rate of E. coli was about 80. 5%,inhibition rate of S.aureus was about 87. 5%. Graphene oxide had a positive effect on the antibacterial activity and inhibition rate of titania under visible light. The surface of bacteria treated with antibacterial materials were rugged,the cell contents flowed out,bacteria cell atrophied and died.
