水性淀粉基酚醛粘合剂的研制

摘要 针对传统酚醛树脂甲醛含量超标,颜色较深和胶层较脆的问题,以玉米淀粉为原料,采用水解方法使淀粉水解的同时与苯酚反应,制得一种成本低廉、绿色环保、酸碱度合适、粘度较大、粘结性能强的水性淀粉基酚醛粘合剂,并对制备的水性淀粉基酚醛粘合剂进行粘度、p H值、粘结性能等测试。结果表明,采用淀粉水解,同时与苯酚反应制备水性淀粉基酚醛粘合剂的合成工艺时,在先加淀粉后加苯酚,淀粉水解75 min,缩聚2 h时反应稳定,投料比为0.833时,反应稳定,制备的产品性能较好。 Oriented towards the problems of the excessive levels of formaldehyde and the dark color as well as the brittle layer of the traditional phenolic resin,a low- cost,environmental aqueous starch- based phenolic binder was achieved which had a suitable p H,high viscosity and good bonding properties. Corn starch- based hydrolysis was focusd on to get starch hydrolysis and phenol reacted. It was concluded that in the conditions of 75 min starch hydrolyzing,2 h stable polycondensation reaction after adding phenol with 0. 833 ratios,the aqueous starch- based phenolic binder synthesized in this reaction could acquire a good performance.
