聚羧酸减水剂中小分子单体残留量的测定 被引量:1

摘要 建立了利用高效液相色谱测定聚羧酸减水剂中丙烯酸、马来酸等残留单体含量的方法。以C-18柱为分析柱,柱温40℃,流动相为0.01 mol/L的KH2PO4(p H=2.3)-甲醇(体积比为95∶5)溶液,流速0.8 m L/min,检测波长210 nm。丙烯酸和马来酸的检出限分别为0.2 mg/L,0.5 mg/L,线性范围均为1-200 mg/L,相关系数均为0.9999,相对标准偏差分别为0.05%,0.49%,加标回收率分别为96.04%-96.15%,99.68%-100.75%。实验结果表明该方法快捷高效,准确灵敏,适合聚羧酸类减水剂中单体残留量的检测。 Established a method for determination of acrylic acid( AA),malelic anhydride( MA),etc residual monomers in polycarboxlate superplasticizer by high performance liquid chromatography. The C- 18 column was used as stationary phase for separation and the column temperature was 40 ℃. The mobile phase was 0. 01 mol / L KH2PO4( p H =2. 3)- methol( 95∶5,V / V) with a flow rate of 0. 8m L / min. The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm,The limites of acrylic acid and malelic anhydride were 0. 2 mg / L,0. 5 mg / L and their calibration curve were in good linearity over the range of 1 - 200 mg / L. The correlation cofficients for the linear equations both were 0. 9999. The recoveries were96. 04% - 96. 15%,99. 68% - 100. 75%,respectively,with the relative standard deviations of 0. 05%,0. 49%. The result demonstrate that this method was quick,efficient,accurate and sensitive for determination of residual monomers in polycarboxlate superplasticzer.
