摘要
水体中的氨氮测定方法主要有4种方法,如纳氏比色法、蒸馏滴定法、水杨酸比色法和气相分子吸收光谱法等,每一个方法都有不同的适用范围。监测行业最常用的方法是纳氏比色法,本论文重点讨论了纳氏比色法和气相分子吸收光谱法对于含钙镁离子含量高的水体中氨氮测定,经过系列实验表明,气相分子吸收光谱法更适合测定高钙废水中的氨氮含量,无需预处理,操作简单,结果可靠。
There are 4 kinds of method in determination of Ammonia nitrogen,such as Nashi colorimetric,distillation and titration method,Salicylic acid colorimetric and gas phase molecular absorption spectrometry,each method has different scopes. Nashi colorimetric is often used to monitoring industry. The Nashi colorimetric method and gas phase molecular absorption spectrum method for ammonia nitrogen containing high calcium and magnesium ion content in water determination were discussed. By a series of experiments show that,compared with the gas molecules was more suitable for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater with high content of calcium absorption spectroscopy,without pretreatment,simple operation,reliable results.
