摘要 以培养应用型高校食品专业学生实践与创新能力为目标,根据食品科学与工程专业的特点,分别从教学课程改革,实践教学平台建立,学生学习动力激励机制构建和双师型队伍建设等方面进行了改革探索,努力培养学生的实践和创新能力,促进应用型食品专业人才的培养。 Developing practice and innovation ability of students in application- oriented institutes was taken as the goal. According to the characteristics of food science and engineering specialty,the reform of teaching course,the establishment of teaching practice platform, construction of students learning motivation incentive mechanism and construction of the double- professionally- titled teachers were studied. To cultivate students' practice and innovation ability and promote the cultivation of applied talents of food specialty were achieved.
