摘要
随着阵列天线技术的不断发展,相控阵天线和数字波束形成技术越来越多得到应用,为了最大限度地利用发射阵口径,通常期望实现发射多波束。发射多波束的一个重要问题是功放交调分量会影响波束形成。通过建立数学模型的方法,分析交调分量对波束形成的影响。将交调分量影响因子与波束形成相结合,针对发射多波束的影响进行了仿真研究。最后结合功放测试结果,分析了用于发射多波束的功放指标设计,为实际工程实现提供了参考。
With the continuous development of array antenna,phased-array antenna and digital beam forming an- tenna have gained more and more applications. To maximize the use of transmitting array antenna aperture, the multi-beam transmitting is generally expected to achieve. One key point of the multi-beam transmitting is that the intermodulation of the amplifier can affect the beam forming. By establishing the mathematical model,the effect of inter modulation on muhi-beam forming is analyzed. The intermodulation impact factor is combined with beaming forming, and the effect of multi-beam forming is simulated. Finally, Combined with the power amplifier test results, the specification of power amplifier design is analyzed, which provides reference for practical engineering.
