摘要 视频监控系统可以实现对监控场景的监视和记忆,是家庭、校园、银行等场所进行安全防范的重要工具。目前,多数视频监控系统需要使用视频采集卡,安装过程较复杂,硬件成本较高,功能比较单一,这在一定程度上限制了视频监控系统的使用范围。本文深入研究了OpenCV的视频处理方法和图像处理方法,并在此基础上利用C++编程语言开发了一个具备录像和移动目标检测等基本功能的视频监控系统,该系统利用USB摄像头获取视频流,操作简单,成本较低且易维护,具有较高的实用价值和研究意义。 As the video system can both monitor scenes under surveillance and memorize and store the images, it is an important precaution tool for the safety and security of families, schools and banks. At present, most video surveillance systems need to use the video acquisition card, which makes the installation process relatively complex, hardware costs relatively high and functions relative- ly simple. These disadvantages limit the range of applications of these video surveillance systems to some extent. This paper studied the OpenCV's video and image processing methods and on that basis developed a video surveillance system by making use of the C++ programming language. While satis- fying the basic functions such as recording and moving target detection, the system uses the USB cam- era to obtain video streaming, which makes the operation simple, costs low and maintenance easy. The system has a high practical value and is of great significance to research.
