The Role of Young Editors in the Development of Academic Journals of Regional Universities——Taking the Journal of Inner Mongolia University of Technology as an Example

在地方高校学报生存发展环境日益严峻的新形势下,从重视初审的作用、主动进行沟通交流、加强新媒体及技术的学习和运用、加强自身业务素质能力的提高等方面,就青年编辑如何在学报发展建设中发挥其自身作用进行了阐述。

The academic journals of regional universities and colleges face many challenges under the new situation when their survival and development environments are becoming harsher. This paper studied the roles that the young editors could actively play in the development and construction of aca- demic journals of regional universities and colleges through enhancing their professional skills by per- fecting their editing skills, engaging in active communication with the authors and enhancing the learn- ing and use of new media and technologies.
