摘要
加强农村基层服务型党组织建设具有重要意义,它是转变党员干部执政理念的"助力器",是解决"三农"问题的现实需要,是实现全面建成小康社会的客观要求,是巩固党的执政地位的重要保证。
Is of great significance to strengthen the Party＇s construction of service- oriented party organization in rural area,it is the change of Party members and cadres of the ruling idea of ＂booster＂,is the realistic need to solve the ＂three dimensional rural issues＂problems,is the objective demand to achieve a comprehensive well- off society building and the important guarantee for consolidating the Party＇s ruling status.
