Building Silk Road economic zone is an important strategic concept proposed by the General Secretary Xi Jinping,is a major national strategy and extension and expansion of the western development strategy.Ningxia as an inland open economic zone is the only opening to the west front,located in Central Asia,with import and export trade development as the starting point,plays a unique advantage of field of energy,agriculture,culture and tourism fields,it is essential to accelerate national economic along the road.
