新形势下高校宣传思想工作在贯彻党性和人民性统一原则中遇到了问题:高校师生的现实需求与先进性的共同理想之间发生分歧,发挥高校师生自主性与加强党的领导之间出现张力,校园文化思潮的多样化与党的指导思想的一元化之间有离散倾向。解决这些问题需要高校宣传思想工作协同高校其他部门、社会全部力量共同努力。践行群众路线契合师生需求来弥合分歧,做好党与高校之间的桥梁纽带增进理解信任,壮大主流思想舆论来加强向心力。

Under the new situation of propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities, a problem a- rises in carrying out the principle of unity in the party and the people ： conflicts between the common ideal of the practical needs of teachers and students in colleges, the tension between exerting the autonomy of the univer- sity teachers and students and strengthening the Party＇ s leadership, the campus culture thought tide of diversifi- cation and the Party＇ s guiding ideology of unification between discrete tendency. To solve these problems needs to work together with other departments of the university, the social forces of the other departments and the whole society. Practice the mass line to fit the needs of teachers and students to get rid of the differences between the party and the university＇s bridge link to enhance understanding and trust, and strengthen the mainstream public opinion to reinforce the concentric force.
