连铸机钢包长水口机械手液压升降随动回路设计与分析

摘要 主要介绍连铸机钢包长水口机械手液压升降随动回路。针对钢包长水口机械手使用过程中要求与钢包升降随动的特点,详细介绍液压回路的工作原理,阐述回路密封压力、过载压力等关键参数的确定方法以及现场使用情况。 It mainly introduces the hydraulic circuit of the ladle shroud manipulator following-up lifting. The characteristic of following-up lifting is ladle shroud lifted and lowered with ladle during ladle shroud manipulator working, the working principle of hydraulic circuit is described in detail, also site application and the determination of key oarameters such as circuit sealing pressure and overloaded pressure is detailed stated.
