南宁市湿地资源现状及保护管理对策

Current Situation of Wetland Resource and Its Conservation and Management Countermeasures in Nanning City

据广西第二次湿地资源调查结果,南宁市湿地总面积为63 126.10 hm2,占国土面积的2.85%,类型以人工湿地为主,湿地生物多样性丰富,保护地位重要,但受到人为干扰强度高。湿地保护管理中存在有效的管理体制和机制尚未建立,公众保护意识不强,技术支撑能力不足,资金缺乏,就地保护力度不够,自然湿地减少,湿地资源过度利用和污染加剧等问题。应通过建立湿地保护管理协调机制,健全湿地保护法律法规体系,广泛开展湿地保护宣传教育,加大湿地保护管理的资金投入,加强基础研究与国际合作交流,加大就地保护力度和大力实施湿地恢复与重建等措施,有效保护和管理湿地资源。

According to the second survey on wetland resource in Guangxi autonomous region, the wet- land area of Nanning district is 63126. 10hm2 , accounting for 2.85% of its total area, and dominated by constructed wetland. Nanning Wetland is rich in abundant biodiversity and an important protective posi- tion, but is under intense disturbance of human activities. The problems about Nanning wetland conserva- tion and management, such as lack of effective management system and mechanism; weak public aware- ness of conservation ; insufficiency of in - situ conservation ; decrease of the size of natural wetland ; over -use of wetland resources and increase of pollution; shortage of technical support and input of funds have been analyzed. In order to effectively protect and manage wetland resource in Nanning district, countermeasures e. g. establishing a coordinate mechanism and a sound system of law and regulation a- bout wetland conservation and management, carrying out extensive publicity and education on wetland conservation, increasing the input of funds on wetland conservation and management, enhancing funda- mental research and international cooperation and exchanges, strengthening in -situ conservation of wet-land, promoting wetland restoration and reconstruction, also have been put forward in this paper.
