摘要
人际交往技能对高职学生初入职场及提升在工作中的竞争力非常有帮助,因此,培养学生良好的人际交往技能,是职业教育的一项重要使命。服务学习通过"社区服务"和"学术学习"两个要素的有机结合,将学生与社会紧密联系在一起,能有效地提高学生人际交往技能。
It is greatly helpful to develop interpersonal communication proficiency for vocational college students. For this reason, this paper expounds the concept of interpersonal skills, the concept of service- learning, which comprises and integrates communal service and academic learning. This is aimed at combi- ning the students with society, hence, improving of the interpersonal communication proficiency.
