摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定三七茎叶中的指标性成分人参皂苷Rb1、Rc、Rb2和Rb3,综合评价不同产地来源三七茎叶的质量。使用C18色谱柱,以乙腈∶水为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长203 nm。人参皂苷Rb1、Rc、Rb2和Rb3在0.002~1.0 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好。回收率分别为96.0%、105.3%、103.7%和96.1%,RSD分别为1.32%、2.98%、0.95%和2.11%。
An HPLC method was established for the determination of ginsenosides Rbl, Rc, Rb2 and Rb3 in the stems and leaves of Panax notoginseng. The qualities of stems and leaves of Panax notoginseng from different origins were evaluated. A C18 column was used, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile : water by gradient elution, at the detection wavelength of 203 nm. It was linear for ginsenosides Rb, Rc, Rb2 and Rb3 in the range of 0.002 - 1.0 mg/ml. Their recoveries were 96.0 %, 105.3 %, 103.7 % and 96.1%, with RSDs of 1.32 %, 2.98 %, 0.95 % and 2.11%, respectively.
