摘要
建立了离子色谱法测定参芎葡萄糖注射液中的无机和小分子有机酸阴离子,包括乳酸、乙酸根离子、甲酸根离子、氯离子、硝酸根离子、硫酸根离子和琥珀酸。采用Ion Pac AS11-HC阴离子交换柱,以氢氧化钾溶液为淋洗液,梯度洗脱。选用ASRS 300型抑制器,自循环抑制模式,抑制电流50 m A。琥珀酸在0.25~5?g/ml范围内,其他均在0.5~10?g/ml范围内线性关系良好。回收率分别为103.6%、104.4%、100.1%、101.5%、98.8%、99.1%和102.4%,RSD分别为2.9%、1.1%、0.5%、2.8%、2.9%、3.1%和8.3%。
An ion chromatography method was established for the determination of the anions of organic and inorganic acids in Shenxiong glucose injection, including lactic acid, acetic anion, formic anion, chloride, nitric anion, sulfuric anion and succinic acid. An Ion Pac AS 11-HC anion exchange column was used, with the eluent of potassium hydroxide solution for gradient elution. An ASRS 300 type suppressor was applied in the cycle suppression mode and with the current of 50 mA. It was linear for succinic acid in the range of 0.25 - 5 ~tg/ml, for the others in 0.5 - 10 ktg/ml. Their recoveries were 103.6%, 104.4%, 100.1%, 101.5%, 98.8%, 99.1% and 102.4%, withRSDs of 2.9%, 1.1%, 0.5%, 2.8%, 2.9%, 3.1% and 8.3 %,respectively.
