摘要
基于磁光开关的工作原理,利用晶体管的雪崩特性,设计了一种正负交替脉冲发生器,能产生正负交替转换的大电流脉冲,作用于螺线管线圈,产生高速磁场.通过螺线管内电流方向的转换,以改变磁光晶体外向磁场的方向,从而达到磁光开关光路转换的要求.设计的脉冲发生器产生的正负脉冲前沿时间约为3~5 ns,脉冲幅值为60~90 V,脉冲电流可达6 A以上,产生的磁场远大于39 789 A/m,满足磁光开关的需求.
Based on the working principle of magneto-optic switches and the avalanche multiplication of avalanche transistors, a type of pulse generator alternating positive and negative pulses was designed in this paper. It can generate alternate positive and negative heavy current pulses, which drive the solenoid and produce a high-speed magnetic field. By controlling the magnetization direction of the magneto-optic material, the input light can switch to the designated output port. The experimental results indicate that the positive and negative pulses produced by our pulse generator have a leading-edge time of about 3 -5 ns, an amplitude of about 60 - 90 V, and a pulse current greater than 6 A. The pulses generate a magnetic field far stronger than 39 789 A/m, thereby satisfying the demands of the magneto-optic switch.
