摘要
海上油田储层胶结疏松,泥质细粉砂含量高,海上油田单井产能超过100m^3/d,开采中易出砂。同时,受海上平台空间、地面砂处理和举升设备等限制,生产中要求含砂量低于0.3‰。因此,为了解决出砂与防砂的矛盾,针对海上出砂井及油层特点,应用适度排砂与防砂相结合的工艺技术,先期排出近井地带储层细粉砂,解除污染。后期应用砾石充填防砂技术,改善储层物性,降低渗流阻力,延缓出砂风险。该项技术已成功应用于海上某油田9口出砂井治理中,作业成功率100%,充填系数45 kg/m,盲管埋高2.2m,产能提高超过3倍,稳定生产超过300天,累产油约15万方,显示出较好的治理效果,开辟了海上出砂井治理方向。
The reservoir of offshore oilfield,with low cementing strength and lots of pelitic fine silt,would product sand during the oil production process.The sand production problem compels us to implement well operations frequently which cost a lot and even stop the production.According to the reservoir feature of sand production wells,a technology combining appropriate sand production with sand prevention is adopted to eliminate the fine silt pollution of the near-wellbore areas in advance and implement the fracturing sand control technology in the later period to improve the physical property,reduce flow resistance and avoid sand production.This technology is operated successfully in the technical revamp of 9 offshore sand production wells.Those wells,with45kg/m filling coefficient and 2.2m cover depth of blind pipes,have producted stably more than 3 times of oil over 300 days and the cumulative oil output achieved about 150,000 m3.This technology performs good and will develop a new road in the technical revamp area of offshore sand production wells.
