摘要
利用Aspen Hysys模拟软件对全厂干气轻烃回收工艺流程进行模拟计算,干气处理量为9400kg/h,对吸收柴油性质、进料温差、理论板数、柴油进量、塔顶压力等操作参数进行了计算和分析。确定最终操作条件:进料温差0℃,塔顶压力2.2MPa,柴油进量22t/h,理论板数12块,轻烃回收率可以达到84%以上,工艺流程简化,装置投资和运行费用降低。
The hydrocarbon recovery process for the whole plant dry gas is simulated by Aspen Hysys simulation software,and the dry gas processing capacity is 9400 kg / h.The operating parameters were calculated and analyzed,including the absorption properties of diesel fuel,temperature difference,the number of theoretical plates,operating pressure,etc.The final operating conditions are determined;the temperature difference is 0℃,the operating pressure is 2.2 MPa,the amount of diesel fuel is 22 t/h,the number of the theoretical plates is 12,the hydrocarbon recovery rate reaches more than 84%;the technological process is simplified;equipment investment and operating cost are reduced.
