储气库微地震监测井口装置研制

THE DEVELOPMENT OF WELLHEAD EQUIPMENT IN MICROSEISMIC MONITORING FOR UNDERGROUND GAS STORAGE

呼图壁储气库部署了多口微地震监测井,实现对储气库盖层和断裂密封性的监测,为解决微地震监测井无匹配井口装置问题,设计了专门的微地震监测井井口装置。该井口装置设计有标准井口法兰、电缆密封穿越口、压力监测口和悬挂钩等部件,在与原井口连接后,可顺利进入井下检波器、压力和温度感应器下入,实现数据电缆穿越,预留电缆悬挂和压力监测等多项功能。井口装置体积远小于普通井口装置,结构简单,操作方便,预留由壬方便与地面装置连接,有利于后期补液、维护和其它措施作业,填补了微地震监测井口装置的空白。

Several microseismic monitoring wells have deployed in the Hutubi underground gas storage to monitoring the tightness of the cap rock and Fracture of that,so specialized wellhead equipment has been designed for those wells.The designed wellhead equipment includes Standard wellhead flange、Cable seal crossing tap、pressure tap、 cable hanger and so on,which connected with original wellhead to be convenient to trip well seismometer 、pressure sensor、 temperature sensor in the wellbore,then complete the crossing of data cable,and also reserve multi-functions such as cable hanger,、pressure monitoring and so on.With advantage of small size,simple structure,easy operation,easy to connect with surface installation with the reserved unions,the designed wellhead equipment is conductive to fluid infusion in later period of production、Maintenance Management and other measures.This study fill its gap with its successful used in Hutubi gas storage.
