摘要
为了提高煤基活性炭炭化过程控制系统的自动化程度,分析了活性炭炭化控制过程,根据现场实际要求设计了PLC、触摸屏、组态王为一体的控制系统,将炭化炉炉头温度和炉尾压力作为主要控制变量,综合相关影响因素,用PLC来实现模糊控制算法,从而满足炭化炉炉头温度和炉尾压力的控制要求,运用组态王和触摸屏的结合实现数据采集与记录、存储与分析的需求。通过炭化监控系统的设计,提高了炭化设备自动化程度,满足了现场控制需求。
In order to improve the automation of carbonization process control system for coal based activated carbon, the active carbon coking control process is analyzed in detail, with the carbonization furnace temperature and furnace tail pressure as the main control variable, the comprehensive related influencing factors. The control system is designed that combine with PLC, Touch screen and King view by the actual demand. PLC is used to realize fuzzy control algorithm, so as to satisfy the requirement of the carbonization furnace temperature control and furnace pressure control requirements, the combination of king view and touch screen meets the demands of data acquisition and recording, storage and analysis, improves the degree of carbonization equipment automation, meets the requirements of field control.
