抗战时期云南地面防空系统建设

On Yunnan ground anti-aircraft system construction during the period of the Resistance War against the Japanese Aggressors

抗战时期云南的地面防空系统是相对比较完善的,包含预警、指挥、作战三大子系统,并且综合运用积极与消极防空手段,该系统的建成与使用,为云南的抗战做出了巨大贡献。云南地面防空系统抗战前的建设方向是建立高射炮部队;抗战中期开始转向系统建设,建立了预警、指挥、作战三大子系统,并且开始将积极与消极防空手段融合并用,地面防空系统基本成型;抗战中后期主要是完善原有的系统。对于抗战时期云南防空系统的评价问题,应当从正反两大方面进行,具体而言:云南地面防空系统的建立为抵御日军轰炸起了不可替代的巨大作用,但在肯定其的功绩的同时,也应看到它的局限性。

Ground air defense system in Yunnan during tl^e Resistance War against the Japanese Aggressors is a relatively complete, comprising three subsystems, of early alarm, command, and combat. Through integrated use of positive and negative air defense means, the system built and applied has made a tremendous contribution for the Resistance War against the Japanese Ag- gressors in the province. Prior to the war the construction site was zoned out for a force of an- ti-aircraft guns; during the war, it was changed to a field for the aforesaid three sub-systems that shaped a basic ground anti-aircraft system; in the middle and later period, major works were im- proved. With regard to evaluation of Yunnan air defense system during the war, specifically, from both positive and negative perspectives, construction of Yunnan ground air defense system plays a great and irreplaceable role to resist the Japanese bombing. At the same time, we should also admit that the system also had its limitations.
