摘要
采用由胥兴春(2007)编制的《教师工作价值观量表》(TWVS)对220名西藏地区小学教师进行调查,了解其工作价值观的状况。运用SPSS20.0对数据进行统计分析,结果发现:从总体来看,教师工作价值观总体问卷平均分较高,说明西藏地区小学教师对工作价值观总的来说持积极认可的态度;从具体维度来看,利他奉献是西藏地区小学教师重要的工作价值观取向;此外,性别、学校所在地、教龄、职称、月收入、年龄等因素影响西藏地区小学教师工作价值观,但在学历、职务因子上没有显著差异。
Adopted in the teacher's work values (TWVS) by Xu Xingchun (2007), the author investigated 220 Tibetan elementary school teachers for the status quo of their work values. Using SPSS20.0 data for statistical analysis, the results show that: generally, the average score of teacher' s work values with the questionnaire is high, which means the attitude of the teachers' active recognition of their work values; from a specific dimension, altruistic dedication is the important orientation of the work values; in addition, the factors o gender, school location, year of teaching, professional title, income and age are found work values in Tibet region, but there is no administrative position. to have influenced the elementary school teacher's significant difference in educational background and administrative position.
