浅谈新建本科院校的教学质量评价体系中的顶层设计

Discussion on Top-Level Design of Evaluation System of Teaching Quality in Newly-Built Universities

目前新建本科院校的教学质量问题引起了越来越多的关注,通过对现有资料的分析,可以发现如何构建教学质量的评价体系成为了人们关注的焦点。那么,如何确保构建的教学质量评价体系发挥应有的作用呢?如何保证构建的教学质量评价体系能够如实的反映学校的办学理念,以及中长期发展的需要呢?那么这需要在构建之初,引入顶层设计的理念,对学校的核心理念加以凝练,构建基本框架,完善应有的制度,从而达到当初设立的目的。

According to the analysis of present data, there is a growing concern on teaching quality of newly-built universities and how to establish an evaluation system of teaching quality has become the center of attention. How can we ensure the evaluation system play its due role？ How can we ensure the evaluation system faithfully reflects the universities＇ philosophy and the need of medium term and long term developments？ The answer is to bring in the concept of Top-Level Design at the beginning stage of building the evaluation system, while making the core ideology concise and perfecting the system to achieve the aim of building the system.
