摘要
基于可靠性理论,利用启发式算法分析连续线形n中取k的油泵传输系统结构优化问题。首先所有位置都分配具有最低可靠性的部件;然后计算所有部件的重要度值,将具有最大可靠性的有效部件分配到具有最大重要度值的位置,依次递归得到最大可靠性的系统结构;最后通过对F系统和G系统的仿真分析证明了算法的正确性。
Based on the reliability theory,it proposes a heuristic algorithm to solve the optimal arrangement of the oil pump transmission system. This design ensures the all locations distribution with the components of the minimum reliability. It obtains the component importance values,assigns the biggest reliability component to the position of the maximum importance value. The recursion solution can provide the system structure of the maximum reliability. The simulation analysis verifies the dual nature of the F and G systems.
