摘要
首先指出了电力电子设备采用传统的结构-布线串行设计方法的缺点,提出了将三维布线应用在结构开发阶段的并行设计方法;接着介绍了三维布线的流程和优势;最后通过工程实践,验证了结构-布线并行设计方法,不仅缩短了开发周期,还能提高所布线路的可靠性和美观性。
It points out the shortcomings of the traditional structure- route serial design method in the power electronic equipment,proposers the parallel design method of three- dimensional routing used in the structure development phase,introduces the process and advantages of three- dimensional routing. Finally,it takes the engineering practice to prove that structure- route parallel design method not only shortens the development cycle,but also improves the reliability and aesthetics.
