摘要
分析铸造轴承端盖传统的加工工艺需要更换多种刀具,辅助时间多、生产效率低的弊端。通过研究试验,设计一种铸造轴承端盖加工的专用车刀,该专用车刀在一次装卡后,不需要调整刀具,即可完成铸造轴承端盖的全部车削加工,可以节省大量的辅助工时,能够明显提高生产效率,并在正确安排工艺流程的情况下,能够较好地保证铸造轴承端盖的形位公差,提高零件的机械加工质量。
The traditional machining process for the casting end cover of bearing needs to replace a variety of cutting tools. This leads to the auxiliary time and low production efficiency. Based on experimental study,it designs a kind of special tool for the casting end cover of bearing. This tool can finish all turning processing once installed and not need to adjust,save the auxiliary time,improve production efficiency,guarantee the tolerance and the quality of of end cover.
