摘要 随着中国电子行业兴起,洁净厂房建设趋向于单体巨型化,干表冷(或干盘管)是这类巨型洁净间的核心制冷设备。通过对3种换热器的风侧阻力、导热系数、换热效率进行实验室测试,证明椭圆管换热器各项性能优于普通圆管换热器。将椭圆管换热器作为干表冷应用于洁净厂房内是一种大胆尝试,通过模拟洁净间运转时的风机过滤单元(FFU)能耗并进行分析比较得出,椭圆管换热器作为干表冷时,其低风阻可以产生较大的经济效益,经计算40 000 m2的洁净室每年可节电40万元以上。 With the rise of China's electronics industry, the construction of clean room tends to huge.Dry Cooling Coil is the core refrigeration equipment in the clean room. With the test aspects on three kinds of heat exchangers in laboratory:air side resistance, coefficient of thermal conductivity and transfer coefficient, the paper proves that the oval tube heat exchanger is the best. To apply the oval tube heat exchanger as a dry cooling coil in clean room is a bold attempt. The comparison proves the oval tube heat exchanger in clean room can save power of Fan Filter Unit(FFU) because of low air side resistance. For example, a 40 000 m2 clean room can save more than RMB 400 000 yuan one year.
