摘要 利用CFD软件对具有不同叶型的2种前向多翼离心式风机性能进行数值模拟对比,并进行试验验证。研究结果表明:当风机的主要结构参数——外径、内外径比、叶轮高度、进出口安装角和蜗壳等相同时,具有机翼型叶型的多翼离心式风机的性能并不优于单圆弧叶型的,单圆弧型风机进出口截面压差更高、风量更大、效率更高。 The numerical simulation on performances of two types of forward multi-blade centrifugal fans with different blade profiles are conducted contrastively using CFD software. Meanwhile, simulation results are verified by experiments. The study results show that when the main structural parameters such as diameter, radius ratio, impeller height, inlet and outlet in- stallation angle, volute casing, are constant, the wing type multi-blade centrifugal fan is not bet- ter than the one with single arc blade profile, and the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet, blast capacity and efficiency of multi-blade centrifugal fan with single are blade profile are higher, larger and more effective respectively.
