分体式空调器室外机在线性能测试研究

Study on performance test on lines of split air-conditioner outdoor unit

空调产品性能是否合格是以其型式试验测试结果作为依据,型式试验对试验工况、试验时间均有明确要求,因此这种测试方法无法用于流水线生产空调性能测试的例行试验。在线性能测试时间短,其制冷低压压力不同于型式试验的压力。本文通过不同产品、不同工况及不同测试条件验证在线性能测试,得到分体式空调器室外机在线性能测试压力变化影响因素,用于指导制定分体式空调器室外机在线性能试验要求。

The performance of air-conditioner product is qualified or not based on the test results of type approval test. There is a clear requirement for test condition and test time during type approval test, so such type tests can＇t be applied to routine test of per- formance test of air-conditioner production lines. The time of performance test on lines is short,and the refrigeration low-pressure pressure is different from that of type approval test. Through verification on performance test on lines under different products, running conditions and test conditions, the influencing factors of pressure change during perform- ance test on lines of split air-conditioner outdoor unit are obtained, which helps to guide the requirement of performance test on lines of split air-conditioner outdoor unit.
