多囊卵巢综合征中医证候特征及中医药治疗思路评述

A brief summary of TCM syndromes characteristics and treatment ideas on polycystic ovary syndrome

多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是育龄期妇女最常见的生殖内分泌紊乱性疾病,因其病理生理改变复杂,给临床治疗与研究带来极大困扰。中医学将其纳入"闭经"、"月经失调"等范畴,并围绕PCOS的病因病机、证候分型及治疗思路开展了一系列研究,取得了一定的成果,但同时也存在一些亟待解决的问题。现就其研究现状及存在问题做简要概述,为开展系统规范的PCOS中医临床研究提供一定的思路。

Polycystic ovarian syndrome is a reproduction endocrine disorder disease which is commonly seen in women of childbearing age,and it brings great trouble to clinical treatment and research because of the complex pathophysiology changes. Chinese medicine incorporated PCOS into the disease of＂amenorrhea＂and＂menstrual disorder＂,and a series of researches had been carried out around its pathogenesis,syndromes and treatment,and there have been certain results,but also some problems still not solved. So we briefly summarize on the research status and problems to provide some ideas for systemic and regulatory TCM clinical research of PCOS.
