高校辅导员培训课程内容校本化是高校辅导员校级培训体系校本化建设的重要方面,其内涵体系包含三个方面的内容,即课程内容来源校本化、课程内容组织校本化、课程内容实施校本化。各高校在建设本校辅导员培训课程内容校体系的进程中,可以立足于课程内容的来源、组织以及实施等三方面的校本化建设,采用构建课程内容资料库、基于辅导员队伍特征的课程内容组织以及课程内容实施多样化等措施,来实现本校辅导员培训课程内容的校本化建设。

The school- based training curriculum of college counselors is an import part of the construction to the school-based of the training of college counselors,which meaning includes three aspects,namely the school- based to the contents of training courses＇ sources,the school- based to the organization of the training courses＇ contents and the school- based to operating the training courses＇ contents. During the process of building the college counselors＇ training system,it is necessary for universities to consider these three meaning aspects and adopt these measures so as to realizing the school- based to the contents of college counselors＇ curriculum,which includes building the database to the contents of college counselors＇ curriculum,organizing the contents of college counselors basing on the characters of college counselors and diversifying the operation of the contents to college counselors＇ training curriculum.
