摘要
当下很多大学生很难适应大学公共宿舍的人际关系格局,如果处理不好,这个问题会成为持久而顽固的困扰个体日常生活的因素。因此,大学生宿舍人际关系是影响大学生在校生活质量的重要因素。引发人际关系的主要原因有:生活习惯引发的冲突,"唯我独尊"引发的冲突,"消极、封闭"的性格特点引发的冲突。
Nowadays many college students find it is difficult to adapt to dormitory interpersonal relationship pattern in university. If this problem can not be handled properly,it will become a persistent and stubborn troubling factor to individuals＇ daily life. Therefore,college students dormitory interpersonal relationship is an important factor affecting the quality of life of University students. Major causes of interpersonal relationship are different living habits,conflicts triggered by standing upon one＇s authority,negative or self- closed personality.
