后金融危机视角下中小企业的司法需求及司法应对研究

Research on the Judicial Demands and Countermeasures of the Medium- scale and Small- scale Enterprises from the Perspective of the Post Financial Crisis

随着全球金融危机的持续影响,一些困扰中小企业发展的矛盾日益尖锐,其中资金紧张、融资困难、企业主逃匿、资不抵债等情况严重,同时再加上国家宏观调控力度加大,使得各地中小企业的发展都受到了严峻考验,也制约中小企业发展。因此本文在后金融危机的视角下,分析研究当前中小企业的司法需求,并提出相应的司法应对建议。

With the continuous impact of the global financial crisis,some problems for the development of the medium- scale and small- scale enterprises have become the increasingly acute contradictions,the tensions of funds,financing difficulties,business owners escape,insolvency in serious condition. At the same time,coupled with the national macro- control efforts to increase,making the regional development of the medium- scale and small- scale enterprises is subject to a severe test,but also restricts the development of the medium- scale and small- scale enterprises. Therefore,in the post financial crisis perspective,this paper does analysis of the current judicial needs of the medium- scale and small- scale enterprises and puts forward the corresponding judicial suggestions.
