从社会背景、数字设备、用户需求特点方面论述图书馆面临崭新的信息环境,据此提出图书馆面临的信息爆炸、信息化挑战及人类文化转型等方面挑战,从图书馆的战略定位、馆藏选择和阅读空间三个角度提出图书馆应对危机与挑战的发展思路。

The paper discusses the information environment that the library faces in terms of social background,digital devices and the users＇ needs. Based on the analysis,the author summarizes the challenges that the library confronts,including information explosion,information and human culture transformation. The paper also puts forward the development ideas that be used to solve the crisis and challenges from the aspects of the library＇s strategic positioning,collection selection and reading space.
