提高人才培养质量是高职院校内涵式发展的最终目的,在协同创新的视野下,高职院校的人才培养要适应区域经济社会发展的实际需求,匹配区域产业的发展,紧密结合市场岗位。韩山师范学院陶瓷学院为切实提高人才培养质量,制定高素质技能型人才培养目标,设置依附产业经济发展的特色专业,创新"实践教学",建设"双师型"教师队伍,开展校企合作技能竞赛等协同创新的培养模式。

To improve the quality of talent cultivation is the ultimate objective of higher vocational college connotative development. From the collaborative innovation perspective,higher vocational college talent cultivation should meet the practical needs of regional economic and social development,matching the development of regional industry,in close connection with the market demand.
