加强高校基层服务型党组织建设的思考

在高校的建设中,党组织建设工作一直以来都是常抓不懈的重点,提升基层高校党组织建设的效率,完善其建设目标也是现如今高校管理制度改革的重要方面。建立服务性党组织可以有效地改善党组织建设中存在着的诸多问题,还能不断对党组织的服务理念进行强化。在提升党员干部服务能力的前提下,采用科学的服务方法,将具体的服务措施落到实处。
