实施辅导员工作课程化是高校辅导员队伍建设专业化、职业化的重要途径之一,本文在细致分析其内涵的基础上,结合我校实际,分析其实施的可行性,并就辅导员工作课程化的资源开发与利用进行详细阐述,进一步加强辅导员队伍建设。

The implementation of the counselor work course of college counselor team construction is one of the important ways to specialization and professionalization,in this paper,on the basis of detailed analysis of its connotation,it combines the reality of our school and makes analysis of the feasibility of its implementation and the working course of the development and utilization of resources in detail to further strengthen the counselor team construction.
