对新形势下大学英语教学改革的思考

Reflection on the Teaching Reform of College English in the New Situation

邓小平同志说过:科学技术是第一生产力,而决定科学技术水平的关键因素就是人才。因此大学教育应把对人才的培养放到一个尤其重要的位置。作为大学教育的一个重要组成部分,大学英语教育必须改变传统的灌输式教学模式,建立起一种能满足社会实际需要的多层次,多类别的多维教学模式,以满足培养新型大学英语人才的需要。

Mr. Deng Xiaoping has said that science and technology is the key productivity,but it is the talents who make the great influence on the development of science and technology. Therefore,cultivating talents should be put in the important position in college education. As an important part in the college education,college English teaching must change its traditional teaching mode so as to build up a multi-level and multi-class teaching mode to meet the needs of society and foster new-style English talents.
