摘要
口语焦虑是阻碍学生参与课堂口语活动的重要因素。本研究采取定量和定性研究相结合的方法来探究元认知策略训练对本科生英语口语焦虑的影响。研究结果表明:元认知策略训练有助于学生降低英语口语焦虑,提高口语教学效果。
Communication anxiety is the most important factor that hinders students' oral activities in class. Both quantitative and qualitative methods are conducted in this study to probe into the effects of metacognitive strategies on students' communication anxiety. The study results show that metacognitive strategies can reduce students' communication anxiety and improve the effects of oral English teaching.
