摘要
由于中日茶文化起源不同,二者在精神境界和文化气质上也有较大差异,中国是饮茶文明发源之地,饮茶经历了由食用、药用到作为精神载体的自然发生、升华的过程。茶叶东传之后,作为一种先进的精神文化载体,日本人饮茶之始就着重追求伴随饮茶活动而发生的精神享受。简言之,中国茶道,以"茶艺"为行为载体,自然随和,雅俗共赏;日本茶道,立足精神享受,拘泥仪轨,高高在上。
Owing to the difference of origin of tea culture between China and Japan,there are striking differences in spiritual realm and cultural traits. China is the cradle of tea civilization,experiencing the process of natural occurrence and sublimation from edible and medicinal tea to spiritual carrier of tea. As the advanced spiritual carrier,tea has been regarded by Japanese as spiritual enjoyment with tea activities ever since it was spread towards the east of Asia. In a word,tea,as the carrier of tea custom in China,is of its nature and appreciated by both the noble and the common,and tea,as the spiritual enjoyment in Japan,is of its ritual and simply enjoyed by the noble.
