摘要
北京十一学校把课程改革作为学校顶层设计,以选课制为运行机制,建设出了适合每一位学生个性发展的可选择的课程体系。学生走班上课,建立科学多元的评价与诊断体系和全员育人的网络结构。真正实现了在现代学校教育制度中的"因材施教",学生潜能、自由与责任、个性与互助合作的社会性品质等现代教育价值得以落实。学校努力建设出了使个人利益和集体利益这两种价值都得以保存的社会生活和组织形式,有力地说明了制度创新是观念实现的保证。学校未来深化发展中需要关心教师的社会心理,关注学校系统功能的发挥与制度的协调问题。
Beijing National Day School, taking curriculum reform as its top designing and elective system of courses as its functioning mechanism, has set up its elective curriculum system to accommodate to the individual development of each student. Students have the freedom to move around classrooms to attend classes of their interests or taught by their favorite teachers. Multiple methods of assessment and diagnosis have been adopted and the network structure of education by all staff has been established. The reform in Beijing National Day school actualizes such values of modern education as "teaching students according to their aptitudes", emphasizing social qualities of students' potential, freedom and obligation, personality, and cooperation. The school has established the kind of social life and organization form in which collective and individual interests are united. This is a good illustration that institutional innovation is the guarantee for the realization of ideas. In its future development, the school should pay more attention to the teachers' social psychology, and the coordination between the system function and the institutions of the school.
