“三化四育”:西部民族聚居区高校校园文化建设模式

The Model of Constructing University Campus Culture in Ethnic Areas of Western China

校园文化作为社会亚文化的一部分,是学校在长期发展过程中逐步形成的为全体成员认同并遵守的一种文化形式。西部民族聚居区高校因其自身民族性的特点,决定了其校园文化鲜明的民族风格。因此,西部民族聚居区高校形成的是以"三化四育"为载体的校园文化建设模式。

Campus culture, a subculture of the society, is formed in the developmental process of a school and shared by all members of it. Universities in the ethnic areas of western China have their special ethnic features, therefore the campus cultures in these universities also demonstrate apparent ethnic features. This paper gives a description of the model of constructing university campus culture in ethnic areas of the western part of our country.
