摘要
网络媒体等对大学生极端心理行为的过度报道误导了社会对大学生心理行为的正确认识,遮掩了大学生心理行为的积极面。通过调查研究发现,大学生的心理行为以积极因素为主,积极心理与大学生学习、生活等存在助长效应。作为培养优秀人才的大学,应将积极心理素质作为人才培养的重要目标,更新人才培养理念,优化心理健康教育内容与模式,提高心理健康教育的吸引力与实效性,培养心态积极、行为健康的全面发展的优秀人才。
Correct understanding of university students' psychological behaviors from the society has been misled by excessive reports about their extreme psychological behaviors from the network media, resulting in a neglect of the positive aspects of university students' psychological behaviors. An investigation of university students' psychological behavior reveals that positive factors constitute the major part of university students' psychological behaviors, and that positive psychological behavior is beneficial to students' study and life in university and vice versa. Universities which aim at cultivating excellent talents should focus on training students' positive psychological qualities by updating its education ideas, optimizing the contents and style of psychological health education, and strengthening the appeal and efficiency of psychological health education. In this way, excellent talents with positive physiological state and healthy behaviors can be cultivated.
